A hiring system built for how organisations in our market actually recruit: structured, practical, and designed to work on real devices and real connections.

Problem: Hiring is slow, unstructured and hard to run consistently at scale.
System: Structured pipelines, roles, and evaluation, built to extend over time.
Interface: Fast, clear screens for the people doing the hiring, not just administrators.
Status: Early build. Not yet publicly available.
